Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 large head romaine lettuce

Red bell pepper

Can of whole black olives

Block of parmesan cheese

Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust

Lemon

Fresh garlic

Ken’s creamy Caesar dressing

Roll pizza crust out onto Stoneware Bar Pan and bake at 425 for 15 minutes until brown. Let cool. Cook chicken breasts in Deep Covered Baker in microwave for 10 minutes on high with salt and pepper. Using salad choppers, chop drained chicken in baker. Wash and cut lettuce and place in salad spinner. Spin to remove moisture. Place lettuce in large stainless steel bowl. Open olives with can opener and slice using egg slicer plus. Add to lettuce. Slice pepper on Mandolin and add to lettuce. Add chopped chicken to lettuce. in measure mix and pour, mix 1 cup Ken’s creamy Caesar dressing. Add juice of 1 lemon, 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed and freshly grated parmesan. Mix and pour over salad. Toss well and pour onto cooled crust. Finish off with more parmesan cheese. Cut and serve.
